It’s still hot in Texas, but it’s time to start thinking about the changes coming with the turn of the season: Leaves turning color…cold fronts blowing in…shorter days and longer nights…harvest time…
back to school…and family holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving.
On Sunday, October 14, from 1-4 pm we’ll celebrate the Fall Festival of Art!

Open Call for Art:
It’s FREE! Enter your interpretation of the season in our Fall Festival of Art Exhibit: Paintings, drawings, photography, mixed media and wall hangings will be accepted. A limited amount of glass,
pottery & crafts can be placed in our glass cabinets. Artists of all ages in Irving or the extended community are welcome to participate.
Wall art must not exceed 36” X 36” outer dimension (excluding frame), and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs. Art must be wired and ready to hang; NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS. 3D art must fit into our glass cabinets. Community standards apply (no nudity). Limit of 5 pieces.
Exhibit Dates:
Bring your art on Saturday, September 29 from 10am-2pm. Location: Jaycee Park Center for the Arts, 1975 Puritan Dr., Irving TX 75061
Exhibit on display: Sept. 30 –Oct. 26, 2018.
Reception: Oct 14. 1-4pm
Pick up art on Saturday, Oct. 27 from 10am-2pm.
REGISTRATION is optional but helpful to us in managing the free exhibit. REGISTER NOW.
