The Lone Star Film Society (LSFS) and Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth will screen Joe Dante’s GREMLINS as part of the 2015 ArthouseFW spring schedule. During the screening, the LSFS will raffle off an 11×17 poster signed by Dante himself! All those who attend will automatically be entered for a chance to win.

The 1984 instant classic GREMLINS epitomizes Dante’s unique voice as a filmmaker; an otherworldly horror film set in your very familiar backyard. The film tells the story of cinema’s cutest fuzzball, Gizmo, and the very big responsibility required to keep him from spawning terrifying, destructive little monsters. Executive produced by Steven Spielberg and written by Chris Colombus (HOME ALONE, THE GOONIES), GREMLINS was a unique box-office smash in a summer full of instant classics.

Individual screening tickets are $7 for the general public, and $5 for LSFS members, Modern Contemporaries and Reel People. Currently enrolled college students with a valid ID receive free admission.

Tickets and season passes are for sale at and will be available at the door beginning one hour before show time.
