Kettle Art began its mission in 2005, a year that also introduced Art Conspiracy and The Lollipop Shoppe. There must have been something in the air that year as these three preeminent showcases all evolved into forces to be reckoned with. From the very beginning, Kettle has maintained two overall objectives: to offer local creatives a place to exhibit; and to rejuvenate the artistic roots in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. Throughout the years, we have hosted over 140 exhibitions, in various media, featuring only North Texas artists. This averages out to one show every three weeks, with over $200,000.00 going directly into the pockets of local artists.
Join us during “Holiday Presence 10” as we enter our tenth year of celebrating the amazing local artists who make our art scene one of the most vibrant in the country!
