Four Color Etching without a Press
Saturday, April 9 and 23, 2016
The Bath House Cultural Center continues to celebrate the art of printmaking this month by hosting a couple of free art workshops by Dallas artist, Terri Thoman.
Join Terri as she leads participants in a two-hour workshop that focuses on the understanding of the philosophy of color etching, using non-toxic materials and using readily available tools. Students will create their four color etching prints, without a press, using safety pins, sand paper, steel wool, wood, and other materials that will be provided by the instructor.
These activities are for students ages eighteen or older only. The workshops are free, but space is very limited.
