Dallas Architecture Forum presents Dallas Modern, a monograph featuring twenty of the most architecturally outstanding modern residences in Dallas. Dallas Modern presents a portrait of Dallas as a dynamic metropolis with a sophisticated world of fine homes that are appealing, livable-and undeniably Modern in design. Each residence in the book is of the highest quality: architecture, landscape and interiors. Each of the homes featured is presented as its own chapter, with an overview of the residence and its history, a listing of the key members of the design team for the project, and lavish illustrations including full-color photos of both the exterior and interior of the residence. The book is accompanied by insightful and thought-provoking essays by Maxwell Anderson, Mark Gunderson, and Jeremy Strick.

Lionel Morrison, Ron Wommack, Cliff Welch and Frank Welch. There are also

projects by esteemed Dallas architects Howard Meyer and Bud Oglesby,

both now deceased but whose work continues to set a hallmark of

excellence for modern residential architecture in Texas.”
