Marshall-McPhail Gallery is hosting Toni Wengler, a Dallas-based artist and her works, from October 2nd and through December 31, 2012. The Artist Reception will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at Marshall Motors.
During her travels around the world, Toni uses her camera to capture places and events, creating a sketchbook of ideas from which she creates original paintings using pastels, watercolor, acrylics or colored pencils. She continues to paint that which gives life special meaning to her, in the hopes that others will feel touched by the beauty of what she sees.
Her work includes portraits, landscapes, flowers and abstractork is available in Giclees (pronounced zhee-clay), high-quality, signed, limited edition reproductions of her original artworks, which are affordable and available in most any size and coveted by collectors for their fidelity and quality.
Toni is a signature member in the Colored Pencil Society America, a member of the Richardson Civic Art Society, Pastel Society of America, Plano Arts Association and Bosque Arts Center in Clifton.
