Figure Drawing Master Class August 23rd-26th
Michael will decode Da Vinci, reveal Rembrandt and demistify Michelangelo. Each day will progress, in a clear step-by-step order, through basic and advanced drawing techniques used bymaster draughtsmen for over six centuries.
The first two days Michael with cover the structure and proportions of the human form.
The third day we will concentrate on balance, rhythm and the distribution of masses.
On day four the focus will be on light and shade. Demonstrations will be given each morning and we will draw from the model each afternoon. This workshop is loaded with information for experienced artists as well as serious beginners.
