Collage Art Workshop
with Nancy Standlee
A one day torn paper collage workshop with Nancy Standlee using recycled magazines, maps, labels, computer generated text, appropriated images, photos and other torn found paper to capture a paper painting in collage. No previous art experience is necessary; the student will learn basic collage methods. The class will work on a 12" square canvas and should be able to complete the collage during the class using easy to find materials. Supply list.
Nancy will be using a high heel for her demo and will work on it during the class showing the different techniques. The students may use a similar image to collage along with Nancy, or choose another image beforehand. $125 for TAC members, $150 for non-members. Bring a lunch or eat lunch in Z's Cafe.
