11th Annual Wildlife Juried Art Competition, Oct. 1 – 25, 2012

All entry subject matter must be wildlife creatures. No domestic pets (enter these in our Pet Art Show). All work must be original and completed within the last two years. Each artist may submit up to 3 works of art. Entries may be submitted online (see Wildlife Show Registration Page) or on a nonreturnable CD. For entry details, see the IAA 2012 Wildlife Art Show Prospectus. The show will be held at the Jaycee Park Center for Arts in Irving.

Checks or Money Orders in the amount of $40 (Non-Members)/$35 (IAA Members) payable to Irving Art Association, Entry Form, fee and CD are to be mailed to Irving Art Association c/o Showchair-Wildlife P.O. Box 153581, Irving, Tx. 75015-3581 OR submitted online via PayPal at www.irvingart.org. (see Wildlife Show Registration Page)

Online entry and Mailed entry (and fees) deadline is midnight August 20, 2012.

• Aug. 19 – Photo/entry assistance noon for $10 Noon-2pm; register wildlife@irvingart.org or call 972-254-5049 – bring artwork unframed
• Aug. 20 – Entry deadlines
• Sept. 16 – Notifications emailed, unless US mail requested
• Sept. 21 – 27 – Shipped entries due
• Sept. 28 – Hand-deliveries entries accepted 12:30-3pm
• Sept. 29 – Hand-deliveries entries accepted 10:30 am – Noon
• Oct. 1 – 25, 2012 – Exhibition open to public
• Oct. 14 – Awards reception 2-4 pm
• Oct. 26 – Pick up artwork 10:30 am-2pm
• Oct. 27 -  Pick up artwork 10:30 am-Noon
• Oct. 27 – Invitational Traveling Exhibit moves to the West Irving Library
• Oct. 27 – Dec. 1 – 2012 Wildlife Art Invitational Traveling Exhibit at the West Irving Library
