4th Annual National Pet Fine Art Juried Competition

Open to all artists 18 and older living in the United States of America. The exhibit will be held at the Jaycee Park Center for the Arts, home of the Irving Art Association.

A pet is considered to be a domestic animal that is cared for daily and shows you unconditional love. Not animals in a field or wildlife. Examples of pets are dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, parrots, parakeets, fish in your home aquarium, ferrets, etc.

• Saturday, July 14 –  10:30 – noon Photo/Entry Assistance $10 (if you want copy bring CD or USB drive); Sign up or email Show Chair at petart@irvingart.org or 972-986-7133. Bring artwork unframed; completed entry form and entry fee $35/$40 and $10
• Monday, July 16 - Entry Deadline 
• Monday, August 5 - Notifications will be emailed unless US mail is requested CHANGED to August 12
• August 19—23 - Shipped Entries Due
• Friday, August 24, 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm - Hand-Delivered Entries accepted
• Saturday, August 25, 10:30 am – Noon - Hand-Delivered Entries accepted
• August 27—September 27, 2012 - Exhibition Open to Public
• Sunday, September 9, 2012 2-4 pm -  Award Reception
• Friday, September 28,10:30 am – 2:00 pm - Pick up Artwork
• Saturday, September 29, 10:30 am – Noon- Pick up Artwork
• Saturday, September 29 – Saturday, October 27 - Traveling 2012 Pet Art Show at the West Irving Library (invitational)
• TBA - Pet Art Auction to Benefit Animals At Irving Animal Care Campus 4140 Valley View Lane

Entry fee is $40 ($35 for IAA members). Payment may be made by check, or online by PayPal or by credit card using PayPal. Entry may be made by mail with jpegs on CD or online.
