June 2012 Monthly Meeting
Our meeting this month will begin at 6:30 pm on Monday, June 4th at the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce, 900 Conover Street.
Program
This month's meeting will feature a demonstration by award winning professional portrait artist and teacher Don Mullins. Don says he enjoys the process of taking a blank canvas and seeing it change into a beautiful picture. His use of composition and color is often both inspired and creative. Some samples of his work are attached. You can find more about Don Mullins and his work at www.portraitartist.com/mullins/ . AGPA will go on its annual summer hiatus after this meeting. The next meeting will be in September.
AGPA meets the first Monday of each month at the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce, 900 Conover Street. Meetings are open to the public. Guests and visitors are welcome at no charge. Because of ongoing construction in the vicinity, Conover Street is only accessible from S. Carrier Parkway or northbound SH-61. Visit our website at www.gpartists.org .
