STEVE MILLER – Accomplished Pastelist
How to Use Pastels for Plein Air Painting
Steve Miller has drawn, painted, chiseled and built since a young boy. He has worked in pencil, pastels, watercolor, acrylics, inks and dyes, chalk and currently in oils. He has no formal art training, and he learned what he can from those who have learned a great deal more than he has, and are willing to share. He has won numerous distinguish art awards and also taken commissions from his many art appreciators and patrons.
Steve now would like to share his knowledge of pastel techniques with others, and at our June 21 program, he will demonstrate and share his secrets, his ideas and his creative thinking with you. You might even decide to do a pastel painting for our fall Paint Rowlett Plein Air Juried Show. (Finalized dates to come in our newsletter.)
