SWS May Meeting and Fundraiser

Lovers Lane Methodist Church, Ashbury Hall, 9200 Inwood Road, Dallas Texas (NW corner of NW Hwy & Inwood Rd)
Our May Meeting is going to be so much fun!  Please arrive early if you plan on participating in the Silent Auction.

Our agenda is action pack and will move quickly.

6:00 Arrive early with your treasures

7:00 Silent Auction bidding and buy your raffle tickets

7:20 Begin Meeting (please get to your chairs quickly)

7:30 Live Auction begins- Be prepared to bid.  You will be allowed 3 minutes per painting to bid.

8:30 Last chance to buy Raffle tickets and bid on       Silent Auction items.

8:45 Close silent Auction and Draw Raffles, Cash or check out with Pam Wilson

9:00 Adjourn and finish paying for purchases


In addition to our Live and Silent Auction mentioned in an earlier email, we will be having a Raffle as well.  The raffle tickets will be sold for $5.00 each. There will be five drawings. Theoretically if you buy five tickets and you’re really lucky you could win all five paintings. Any Artist can participate in purchasing raffle tickets, but they can’t win their own painting. Somebody is going to be really happy to go home with one or two or all of these paintings.

 Folks, this is SWS’s big fund raiser. The money generated will go to help offset the expense of our September Membership Exhibition.

This year’s Membership Show is going to be Spectacular! So please participate. Come to the May Fundraiser. It will be fun and it’s for
