PSSW May 17 Meeting:  Critique from Artist Ann Hardy

You are invited to the May meeting of the Pastel Society of the Southwest on May 17 from 3 to 5 pm. The meeting is welcome to all and is held in the community room at Stacy’s furniture in Grapevine, TX.  Nationally known artist Ann Hardy will be offering a critique.  Please bring one to three pastel works in order to participate.

Ann is a prolific painter and has received acclaim for her striking landscape, figure and still life paintings.  She has made trips all over the world to paint and see other people’s cultures.  Ann holds signature status in many organizations including Oil Painters of America, Southwestern Watercolor Society and Texas and Neighbors.  Her numerous awards include 2nd and 3rd place at Oil Painters of America National Show.  She has also judged both Western and Eastern Oil Painters of America exhibitions and given demos and critiques at National.  We are fortunate to have her expertise available to us. For more about Ann, see her website:

Consider attending this opportunity.  One can always learn by watching others work get critiqued even if you choose not to present your own work.
