Artist Toby Grauberger will present “Critter Creation: Bringing Art Toys to life, from concept to completion” at the Visual Arts Society of Texas (VAST), meeting in Denton on Thursday, April 7th from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.  Toby creates characters from vinyl, clay and resin. He creates one-of-a-kind toys, and he is the founder of Creatures for Kids which helps to raise awareness and funds for Children at Risk.

Toby’s tools include a computer and many software applications, as well as sculptural and design media used to sculpt in vinyl or resin. He has brought to life a variety of projects: Animated Shorts, Logo/Corporate Identity, Nametags and Promo posters, Pre-visual Design, Vinyl Toys, Kid’s Books, Murals, CD’s and T-shirts and his Clients include Vinyl Thoughts, Terror Comics, Statefarm, Comcast, Spike And Mike Animation, Timeless Trailers, Ink Tattoo, Da Vinci Teeth Whitening Systems, and many more.

Toby has a degree in 3D Animation, and continues to pursue his passion in vinyl and resin.
