She collected avant-guard Japanese fashions, particularly those of Issey Miyake, Yohji Yamamoto, and Rei Kawakubo, then little-known outside of Japan.

The collection is on view Oct. 25, 2014 through Feb. 22, 2015 at the Crow Collection of Asian Art, 2010 Flora St., Dallas, TX 75201 in the Dallas Arts District. 214-271-4485 (phone)
