Reception for Onward Forward & UD Senior Art on Fri., May 4

Please join us for an evening of art around campus this Friday, May 4, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m

The Beatrice M. Haggerty Gallery is proud to present Onward Forward 2018, a juried student show of local MA & MFA graduate students. This year’s juror Holly Johnson, of Holly Johnson Gallery in Dallas, selected eight graduate students to exhibit. Submissions were accepted from across Dallas, Denton, and Fort Worth. The reception will be from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., in the gallery, with remarks at 7:15 p.m.

That same evening take in the UD Senior Art Night taking place in and around the Haggerty Art Village. The works on display represent the culmination of the students’ artistic studies at the University of Dallas. The night also includes two student thesis presentations on Art History at 6:00 p.m. in the Art Auditorium.

Drop in at any point of the evening for the artist’s reception. There will be brief remarks at 7:15 p.m.

There is a lot of construction happening around us, so we are a little hard to find! If you have a smartphone enter 2910 Haggar Circle into Maps to find the Art History Building in the Haggerty Art Village. From here it is easy to then make your way around campus.
