North Texas Book Festival names finalists for book awards

NTBFlogoNonprofit North Texas Book Festival named the finalists of its annual book awards. The winners will be announced at Book Trails Dinner at 6 p.m. Friday, April 10, at Patterson-Appleton Center for the Visual Arts in Denton.

The book awards are part of a weekend of activities. The North Texas Book Festival event is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at the center, and the public is welcome; more than 50 authors will sign and sell books, and there’s no admission charge.
