23rd Annual Holiday Open House at the Irving Arts Center

Enjoy several unique performances including LightWire Theater’s “A Very Electric Christmas,” a captivating and magical tale of adventure, friendship and love. Take a photo with Santa; marvel at dancers, stilt walkers and jugglers; and participate in holiday-themed art projects and greeting card workshops. Train rides are offered in the Sculpture Garden, and there are complimentary refreshments.

Family Funday Events: Dec. 5, 12 & 19, 2-4 p.m.

Family Fundays featuring Movie Magic-themed hands-on art activities; selfies with Santa; Holiday Greeting Card workshops with the Irving Art Association & more!

“The Polar Express” (2004, 100 minutes, Rated G, Director: Robert Zemeckis)

“Arctic Tale” (2007, 96 minutes, Rated G National Geographic Films/Directors: Adam Ravetch and Sarah Robertson).

 23rd Annual Holiday Art & Tree Exhibition,  November 27-December 20. Vote for your favorite!

Decorated trees compete for cash prizes and bragging rights awarded by celebrity judges and visitors.  The Main Gallery features artwork by Irving ISD elementary students. Viewer Choice votes for favorite tree can be cast through December 20.
