We can’t think of a better way to celebrate your community & the holiday season than shopping local & buying locally made goods! Shop with over 100 makers at the 8th Annual Funky Finds Holiday Shopping Experience this weekend (Sat. 10-5 & Sun. 11-4) at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas. ( Google map)

This indoor event is family and pet-friendly and the perfect opportunity to keep your holiday shopping dollars local. You will find the best of the best in handmade goods ranging from small batch food to fashions and home decor. As always, there’s something for everyone and every taste. All ages and pets are welcome, so bring the whole gang! Parking fee payable by cash or credit card.

Funky Finds gives back! Funky Finds events always feature a huge charitable raffle with all proceeds benefiting local charitable organizations. Since Hurricane Harvey, it is imperative that we raise as many funds as possible for the Humane Society of North Texas and DFW Toys for Tots. HSNT will be facilitating pet adoptions all weekend & our goal is one animal adoption per inch of rain from Hurricane Harvey – fifty!!! Help us reach this goal and find loving homes for all the animals that were evacuated to our area. Bring a new unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots and receive one free raffle ticket! Each maker & other generous business owners have donated items for the raffle & every dime raised benefits these organizations. The first 150 shoppers to purchase $10+ raffle tickets will receive a shopping tote filled with products, samples, coupons and more.

To top things off, Santa will be on-hand for photos all weekend with a suggested donation of $5 per sitting to the Humane Society. This is the perfect opportunity to take your family photo, snap pics of your pets with Santa, and for the kids to present their wish list.
