Hecho en Dallas is an annual juried exhibition designed to showcase the recent work of visual artists who reside in the Dallas area. The exhibition was conceived by the Latino Cultural Center in recognition of the talented pool of artists whose creative endeavors give vitality to the cultural movement in the greater North Texas region. This exhibition is part of Dallas Arts Month, a city-wide celebration of Dallas arts, held in the month of April. Opening reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
This year’s artists include : Ruda Anderson, Christopher Bingham, Lesley Brandt Rucker, Fannie Brito, Jose Cánepa, Filberto Chapa, Gabrielle Coben, Ruben Contreras, Steve Danner, Jenny DeLaughter, Pablo Esparza, Cuyler Etheredge, Reyna Flores, Nicolás González, Bill Holmberg, Duke Horn, Rance Jones, Susan Lecky, Serina Lopez, Kevin Maldonado, Marian Maldonado-Pagán, Zeenya Meherally, JD Moore, Juan Alberto Negroni, Marlene Núñez, Bob Nunn, Marsha Oliver Moser, Bill Ramsey, Ingrid W.
