The form will be located on the Shows and Exhibitions page on our website. Complete the form and pay for entries via Pay Pal or Credit Card.
Entry is not complete until you email photos of your entries to email@example.com. The completed form, entry fees and the emailed photos must all be submitted by midnight April 2, 2018 to be considered by the juror for the show.
