The City of Frisco seeks current, 2-Dimensional works of art by artists from Frisco and the surrounding area for the 13th installment of Art in the Atrium. The exhibition showcases regional artistic endeavors and encourages public dialogue, understanding and enjoyment of visual art. The program’s goal is to reflect the artistic excellence in and around Frisco and to promote the City’s cultural and economic initiatives.
Art in the Atrium 13 is scheduled for Monday, October 10, 2016 through Friday, March 10, 2017.

Monday, June 20 – Monday, August 22, 2016: Call for Artists for the Art in the Atrium 13 open

Late Summer 2016: Selection process and notification of artists
Thursday, September 29, 2016 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 5 to 8 p.m.: Artists drop off selected artwork, framed and ready to hang, and original signed loan agreement at the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center (6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Frisco, TX 75034), 5th floor City Room. Artists are encouraged to keep a copy of the signed agreement for their records. NOTE: This is the only day artwork will be accepted. If the artist cannot deliver it, please make arrangements for delivery of the artwork by someone else.
