Fiber Arts I Classes with Laura Griffin March 3, 10 & 17
Interested in the world of Fiber Arts? In this 3-evening class, you will have the opportunity to explore the world of sewing. We will work on three different machine-stitched projects… a patchwork kitchen towel, a beautiful key fob, and a re-usable fabric composition notebook cover. No prior experience is required, but seasoned sewers are also welcome.
We’ll discuss fabric and how to cut it, and all the basic sewing tips/tricks the instructor has learned over the years. We’ll practice sewing through thick and thin layers, creating a ruffle, and more. Interested in reserving a spot? Please contact Laura Griffin at firstname.lastname@example.org
